Someone runs to the pharmacy for vigorous vitamins, someone - for seasonal medicines. Someone puts on a gloomy mood and freezes in anticipation of the distant spring. Others look for the first signs of infamous depression. 

Come on, let's change that! Let's try to love autumn. And, perhaps, this affair will give you a lot of pleasant moments.

Go and buy a season ticket to the gym, yoga, dance class, try a new sports. It's not about burdening yourself - movement for a woman is a necessary component of her well-being. A woman is energy. Energy must move. Then it fills a woman. Then a woman feels herself, her body, her essence. 

Such work-out should not exhaust you. It should give you joy and pleasure from the contact with your body that you love (or will love for sure, because that's how energy works). The motivation here should be - to do good to yourself and your body, and in no case - to fight with the body.
